Orders:

I want to order more than there is in stock, is that possible?

If you wish to order a product that is not or not sufficiently in stock, you can still do so in some cases by sending us an email with the details. But be aware that shipping time may take longer.

General Terms and Conditions – ResinTechModels

 

Dutch-based webshop selling scale model kits and upgrade sets.

  1. Definitions

Webshop: ResinTechModels, registered at [Chamber of Commerce number: 96694378], located at 9591 AD Scholtweg 2 Onstwedde, Netherlands. 

Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing from the Webshop. 

Agreement: The purchase agreement between Webshop and Customer.

  1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements with the Webshop. By ordering, the Customer accepts these terms. 

  1. Offers and Prices

All offers are non-binding and valid while stocks last. 

Prices are in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise. 

Price changes are reserved without prior notice.

  1. Ordering and Agreement

Orders are placed via the Webshop’s website. 

An agreement is formed upon Webshop’s order confirmation. 

The Webshop may refuse orders without stating reasons.

  1. Payment

Payment must be made via the provided payment methods (e.g., iDEAL, credit card). 

Payment is due upon ordering. 

Non-payment allows the Webshop to cancel the order.

  1. Delivery

Delivery occurs within the Netherlands and specified countries. 

Delivery times are indicative; delays do not entitle compensation. 

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. 

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without reason, starting the day after delivery. 

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. 

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. 

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the return.

  1. Warranty and Complaints

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 6 months from delivery. 

Complaints must be reported within 14 days of receipt via [contact email]. 

The Webshop will assess and, if valid, repair, replace, or refund the product.

  1. Liability

The Webshop’s liability is limited to the order value. 

The Webshop is not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential loss.

  1. Force Majeure

The Webshop is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (e.g., supply issues, strikes). 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Webshop’s website (images, texts) is owned by the Webshop and may not be used without permission. 

  1. Privacy

Customer data is processed per the Webshop’s Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR, and used only for order processing and communication. 

  1. Disputes and Applicable Law

Agreements are governed by Dutch law. 

Disputes are submitted to the competent court in [city], Netherlands. 

Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

  1. Changes to Terms

The Webshop may amend these terms. Changes apply to new orders only.
